Did He have a PLAN and a PROCESS in MIND when He stated, “Let Us MAKE Man”?
David the psalmist asked, “what is man, that you should think of him, the son of man that You care for him?”
So, what is God’s 3xP? Purpose, Plan, and Process.
- God’s Purpose for mankind,
- His METICULOUS Plan for achieving His Purpose, and
- The Process thought which He’ll accomplish His Purpose.
It was always God’s PURPOSE to have a Perfect Man that was created and made in His image and likeness.
Although the attributes of His likeness could be created, the attributes of His image, had to be developed through a perfecting process.
The result would be a Perfected Son of Man, that would become a Priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. (PSL 110:4)
This Priesthood Perfection of Christ is the fulfillment of His being the firstborn of many sons brought to glory. (ROM 8:29, HEB 2:10)
When God said, “let us make man,” He was beginning a PROCESS, which he meticulously PLANNED that was not completed until the Son of Man, hanging from the cross, made the closing statement, “it is finished”. (GEN 1:26, JHN 19:30)
